cheapest way to go to mauritius

i started this discussion in July 2004...5 years has passed and still the people of Mauritius have a dialogue....

When will the Airlines realise that the people of Mauritius who live abroad and want to travel to their homeland cannot afford the exhorbitant charges made on them.

We travel because there is a burning desire to return home..a few can afford this luxury..many have to take on heavy debt to fulfill their wish.

I call to the readers to make their concerns heard and write to the heads of the Airlines in question...look whats happening to BA..they want their staff to sacrifice their wages ....if we do the same with AIR MAURITIUS, AIR FRANCE...i am sure they will relent and reduce the price. The high price we pay only goes to the FAT CATS of Mauritus Airlines.

It cannot be that in this moment of GLOBAL economic meltdown, the price of tickets to Mauritius keeps rocketing.

Something must be done...Today!
