IDEA -what do you think about it?

Hi to all of you,

I have idea, which may be for some of u stupid and for some useful. Anyway, I though there could be sth like a forum with translations of creol songs to english.
Guess some of us could think it's really useful in learnign the Creol language, as I thik.

Anyway i dont know what u think of that. It's just an idea. If some of you would liek the idea, it woudl be nice if we made a new thread or a new discusssion.

I think it's great idea for those of us who want to leanr a bit fo creol, liten much to Mauritan music and unfortunatelly don't know french.

Habi, its a great idea, but I'm afraid the lirics will not sound the same and will not make sence. The creole language has a lot of juicy slangs to it which can not be translated literally.

Hi Habi,
I think it's very useful for us to learn créole language ,and modern language(spanish,english,french,german)i think you have got a good idea,i have to practise my english.
Why do you have idea that may be some of us stupid ??? because nobody translate your request in another thread !!!

hi, I'm happy that my idea sounds nice to all of you. Well i wish that Rm maade a discusssion where songs can be translated to english.

Well it's nto true that anyone didnt translate for me a song, they did and i'm really thankful for that. It's hard to learn creol just liek that coz as u said it has a lot of slangs and so on. I'm of course sure it won't be exactely same translation, coz i remember when i was translating sometimes songs to polish for friends and soem sentences were a bit different. Unfortunately, this is a feature of a lnaguage, eveyr language is different and has some words that other doen't.

I just wish we coudl have a discussion here on RM where we cna post some nice lyrics in creol and then have translations for them and learn by this way creol. I wish to know it better, coz my sweetheart speaks it, so it woudl be really nice for me.

oops !!! very hard to find someone who speaks punjabii here....
But, I may, hopefully, be wrong!
