Can someone tell me why Miss Mauritius always has to be someone so ugly and thats every year. No wonder we never win !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Minou.You can`t blame her for whatever reasons.its not good to tell if someone is ugly.my own opinion is that.nobody`s ugly on earth.
when you are saying that she`s ugly you are telling that what god has created is ugly.next time please think twice as your comments can be very offensive to people

Wot she means to say is that None of the Miss Mauritius 'is fer ene face' in the internation scene. Out of dem Good looking mauritians , why are X Y Z chosen?

Its not even worth participating as we all know we w'll never win even one single price.

I still remember years back , Miss world contest , The Miss mauritius @ that time was dressed up in a tropical theme dress.It was one of them sight that your eyes can't afford to see twice.(madire ine sorti dans caro cannes do)

i`ve personally seen a beauty contest in mauritius and i would say that they always pick up the best.if you are saying why X Y Z is chosen better tell the girl you think is the most beautiful to you in mauritius and ask her to participate in a beauty contest.but its not usually easy as it is.

mauritians are not to be blamed if we can`t cope with the other beautiful girls from other countries...

i personally think that Magalie Antoo did a great job by representing our country.imajine yourself not too many mauritian girls can walk in a bikini.
you`ve got to think about the parents as well lol

Its not that easy to walk in front of thousands of people and also when you think millions are watching you on t.v

thumbs up to those guys out there looking for the best contestant.But for a fact we are know , we got better good looking birds out there.

Dont even participate then dude as we all know the standard of the rest of the world is higher.
Coming back to the taboo bid. If country like India (taboo is a religion down there) has started lauching more locals competitions why can't we do it?
